Lenexa, KS – (November 27, 2023) – SOR Controls Group, a provider of mechanical and electronics instrumentation for pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pyragon, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial temperature transmitters, signal isolators, signal conditioners, alarm trip devices, and custom OEM designs. Pyragon is also known for providing form, fit and functional replacements for obsolete products in the nuclear industry.

The strategic acquisition of Pyragon, Inc. (Rochester, New York) is a milestone in SOR Control Group’s continued growth and commitment to enhancing its product portfolio and market presence. The combination of SOR’s decades of experience in the measurement and control industry and Pyragon’s engineered solutions will result in more comprehensive offerings for our customers in a variety of industries.
